Women’s History Month Self-Care Event: A Celebration of Sisterhood & Self-Love

Hosted by Lyriah’s Kitchen, the Women’s History Month Self-Care Event was a heartfelt celebration of womanhood, strength, and community. Held in Harlem, NY, this gathering brought together women from all walks of life to reflect, connect, and recharge through an afternoon of love, laughter, and intentional self-care.

The event offered unlimited food and drinks, curated by Lyriah’s Kitchen, along with pampering experiences such as facials and massages, goodie bags, and giveaways, all designed to make each attendee feel appreciated and renewed. But beyond the self-care treats, what truly made the event special was the energy in the room.

As women gathered, conversations flowed effortlessly, and a sense of vulnerability filled the space. Guests opened up about their personal journeys — sharing stories of resilience, growth, and healing. The atmosphere was raw, supportive, and powerful, reminding folks of the beauty found in authenticity and connection.

Guest were allowed a moment to wear a crown reminding them of their worth and their beauty.

What started as a wellness event quickly became a safe haven, a space where women could be both strong and soft, ambitious and reflective. Each moment reinforced the importance of sisterhood lifting one another up, celebrating shared experiences, and honoring the journey of being a woman in today’s world.

By the end of the afternoon, laughter and gratitude filled the room. Attendees left not only refreshed but deeply connected — to themselves and to a growing community of women committed to prioritizing their well-being.
